NSAA Apprenticeship Cost of Living Bursary

Open to students who are currently active in an apprenticeship technical training block/level. This bursary is proudly offered by the Government of Nova Scotia.​

Applications will be considered upon submission and recipients will be selected on an ongoing basis until funds have been depleted. Therefore, the NSCC Student Awards Office reserves the right to close this award at anytime.*


About the donor
​​Nova Scotia is in an incredible period of growth and developments with a growing population. To address the needs of the province, a focus has been placed on growing the skilled trades workforce and removing barriers for those wishing to enter these careers. On October 19, 2023, the Government of Nova Scotia announced the Actions to Accelerate the Growth of Skilled Trades in Nova Scotia. One of the actions is to create financial supports for NSCC learners pursuing skilled trades.
