PMI Nova Scotia Scholarship

Open to full-time students enrolled in any year of study in eligible programs at any campus where the eligible programs are offered.
Eligible programs include:
- Business Administration (all concentrations)
- Civil Engineering Technology
- Construction Project Management
- Electrical Engineering Technology
- Electronic Engineering Technology
- Environmental Engineering Technology – Water Resources
- Game and Interactive Art
- Game Programming
- Geomatics Engineering Technology
- Health Information Management
- IT Generalist
- IT Programming
- IT Web Programming
- Library and Information Technology
- Marine Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Power Engineering Technology
Application assessment will consider
- Commitment and interest in program
- Good academic standing
- Preference: applicants who are Project Management Institute (PMI) Nova Scotia chapter members or the children or spouses of members, to be validated by the Project Management Institute (PMI)
About the donor
Chartered in January 1998, the Nova Scotia Chapter has been very active in providing professional development workshops, networking events, seminars and symposiums. The Chapter holds a variety of professional development programs and mentoring to assist members working toward a PMI certification, such as the Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) designation.
