Victorinox Award of Culinary Excellence

Open to full and part-time students who will be graduating this spring from the Culinary Skills or Culinary Management program at the Akerley, Kingstec, Marconi or Pictou campuses.

Application assessment will consider

• Commitment to the culinary field through studies
• Career aspirations
• Good academic standing

About the donor
Copperfield Agencies represents many leading manufacturers for the food service industry in Atlantic Canada. The recipient of this award should be a graduating Culinary Skills or Culinary Management student who worked exceptionally hard and went above and beyond during their studies.

There will be one recipient selected for each of the above noted campuses. While this award is considered non-monetary, recipients will receive an engraved chef’s knife and engraved watch valued at $800.
