Graybar Canada Award

Open to full-time students who will be enrolled in any year of study of eligible programs at campuses where eligible programs are offered.

Eligible programs include

• Electrical – Industrial Maintenance and Controls
• Electrical Construction and Industrial
• Electrical Engineering Technology
• Electro Mechanical Technician
• Electronic Engineering Technology
• Electronic Systems Technician
• Industrial Engineering Technology
• Industrial Instrumentation
• Power and Utility Line Work

Application assessment will consider

• Why student has chosen their respective program and what they hope to achieve in their chosen field
• Good academic standing

About the award
The Graybar Canada Award has been established in support of the Construction Association of Nova Scotia’s (CANS) 150th Anniversary Industry Campaign. This campaign was launched in recognition of the value of education and the role of the construction sector in the growth of Nova Scotia’s economy.

The Graybar Canada Endowment Fund will provide opportunities for Nova Scotians interested in the construction sector to access educational opportunities at the Nova Scotia Community College and help mitigate financial barriers or circumstances which might compromise the completion of their studies.
