Bun Hay Adult Learning Award
Open to full or part-time students enrolled in year 1 of any program at the Truro Campus.
Application assessment will consider
- Financial need
- Determination to overcome obstacles in pursuit of education
- Career aspirations
- Good academic standing
- Requirement: graduate of the Adult Learning Program (ALP) at Truro campus in spring and enrolled in a program at the Truro Campus in fall
This opportunity will remain open until the desired number of applications has been reached. Therefore, the NSCC Student Awards Office reserves the right to close this award at anytime.
About the award
The Bun Hay Adult Learning Award was created to support students in the Adult Learning Program (ALP) at NSCC as they continue their education at the Truro Campus. The award hopes to support adult learners who have overcome obstacles in pursuit of their education and career aspirations.
