Irving Shipbuilding Centre of Excellence Bursary - Spring


Open to full and part-time students enrolled in any year of study of eligible programs at any campus where the eligible programs are offered. This award is renewable for students in multi-year programs (based on successful completion of first year in program and remaining in good academic standing).

Application assessment will consider

  • Financial need
  • Good academic standing

Irving Shipbuilding is pleased to offer this award in support of diverse students entering their studies in one of the defined programs at NSCC related to Shipbuilding. Irving Shipbuilding encourages all recipients to explore the possibility of doing their work placements with Irving. Upon successful graduation, Irving Shipbuilding encourages recipients to consider applying for a position at their Halifax Shipyard.
