Gerrie Masters & Peter Green Access Award

Open to full and part-time students who will be enrolled in any year of study of the Adult Learning Program (ALP) at any campus where the eligible program is offered.

Application assessment will consider

• Financial need
• Preference: self-identification as a single/sole parent

About the donor
A proud recipient of an Honorary Diploma from NSCC in 2019, Gerrie is the architect of the policy framework that enabled the creation of Nova Scotia Community College in its current form as a board-governed, autonomous post-secondary institution. A strong believer in ensuring every resident of Nova Scotia has access to NSCC to support their learning throughout their lives, Gerrie has created the Gerrie Masters & Peter Green Access Award to financially support two students annually who are studying in NSCC’s Adult Learning Program (ALP).
