CIBC College and Job Readiness Fund


Open to full and part time students enrolled in any program within the School of Trades and Transportation who will be either graduating in Spring 2024 or starting a program in Spring 2024.

This fund supports students who, due to circumstances of financial need, may experience challenge in purchasing necessary educational items to ensure success in their employment or program.

Please note: This fund will remain open until all funds have been committed. Applications will be assessed regularly and the fund may close prior to the posted deadline.

Some examples of support requests may include:

  • Textbooks
  • Supplies
  • Uniforms
  • Certifications
  • Professional development


Application assessment will include

  • Financial need
  • Strong commitment to pursuing their studies or a career in their chosen field
  • Good academic standing
