Disability Supports and Services Program Bursary


Open to full and part-time students enrolled in any year of study of Disability Supports and Services at the Kingstec, Lunenburg and Sydney Waterfront campuses.


Application assessment will consider

  • Demonstration of intent to stay and work in the province in the disability support sector for one year upon graduation. Students will be required to complete a Return to Service Agreement with the province of Nova Scotia as part of the application process.
  • Requirement: students must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents


About the donor
The Nova Scotia Department of Community Services (DCS) has provided this bursary funding to financially support students with expenses related to tuition, textbooks and associated fees.

  1. Department of Community Services Screening Question – Disability Supports and Services Program Bursary


    To be considered eligible for this bursary, you will be required to complete a Return to Service Agreement with the province of Nova Scotia. This means that you will be required to stay and work in the province, in the disability supports sector, for one year after your graduation from NSCC. Please indicate that you agree to this application requirement.
