About the donor
Credit unions provide financial services. We offer savings and chequing accounts, mortgages, retirement savings, financial advice, and services to meet all your banking needs. But we’re more than your average financial institution.

Credit unions are cooperatives – a small point, but a big difference. Being a cooperative means when you open an account with a credit union, you’re not just a customer, you are a member. What does that mean? That means we’re accountable to you and that you have a say in how we operate. What is good for you is good for us. It also means your money stays local, helping to build strong communities.

This bursary is intended to provide financial assistance to those pursuing a post-secondary education at NSCC.
