CIBC College and Job Readiness Fund


Open to full and part time students enrolled in any year of study of any program within the School of Trades and Transportation.

This fund supports students who, due to financial need circumstances, may experience challenge in purchasing necessary educational items to ensure success in their program.

Please note: This fund will remain open until all funds have been committed. Applications will be assessed regularly and the fund may close prior to the posted deadline.


Some examples of support requests may include:

  • Textbooks
  • Supplies
  • Uniforms
  • Certifications
  • Professional development


Application assessment will consider

  • Financial need
  • Strong commitment by student to pursuing their studies or a career in their chosen field
  • Good academic standing
