About the award
Robert “Rob” MacIntosh was a graduate of the culinary program at NSCC Marconi Campus. Rob was presented with the College’s prestigious President’s award at his convocation in 2006. Rob was a ‘people person’. He had a huge personality. It was a natural progression for Rob to move quickly from a student role to an employee with Marconi’s culinary department – he opened and ran Zeffiro’s coffee shop. This award is presented to a student in Culinary Management each year who demonstrates determination, attention to detail and willingness to help others.
