Mi'kmaw Indigenous Women's Legacy Award

Open to full and part-time student who will be enrolled in any year of study in any program at any campus.

Application assessment will consider

• Leadership
• Community involvement
• Good academic standing
• Requirement: applicants must self-identify as female and Mi’kmaw/Indigenous

About the donor
As NSCC’s commitment to the MMIWG Calls to Justice, each year this award will be named after a female from the Mi’kmaw community.
