About the award
The Reilly Murrant Memorial Award is an award to honor our son and brother’s generosity and hardworking spirit. Reilly worked as a lobster fisherman, had a passion and aptitude for anything with wheels and motors, and had aspirations of one day formalizing his mechanical skills at NSCC. Reilly’s path was not straightforward or easy. This award is meant to help another person who has had to navigate challenging circumstances, and to overcome obstacles in pursuit of bettering themselves.
