The HOPE Bursary presented by Handicapped Organization Promoting Equality
Open to full and part-time students who will be enrolled in year 1 of any program offered at the Burridge campus.
Application assessment will consider
- Financial need
- Good academic standing
- Self-identification: Person with a disability registered with NSCC Accessibility Services
- Requirement: Applicants must live in the Town of Yarmouth, the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth or the Municipality of the District of Argyle
About the donor
It is the mission of HOPE & HOPE Dial A Ride “to provide an environment for building relationships and promoting equality” by Helping Our People Engage with reliable, safe, affordable and accessible local and long-distance transportation for whatever the need & providing modern, accessible activity spaces for gatherings and programming needs. The HOPE Bursary supports a student in financial need, who self-identifies as having a disability and lives in the Town of Yarmouth, Municipality of the District of Yarmouth or Municipality of the district of Argyle.
