Rising to the Challenge Bursary


Open to full and part-time students who will be enrolled in any year of study of any program at any campus.


Application assessment will consider

  • Financial need
  • Demonstrated appreciation of what it means to be the first person in family to attend a post-secondary institution
  • Good academic standing


About the donor
Anne Campbell and John Lindsay have worked hard to cultivate community and grassroots initiatives in Nova Scotia. They believe in the power of education to transform lives and created the Rising to the Challenge Bursary, to support those that are the first in their family to pursue a post-secondary education. Students will be selected as they enter, or return to, any full-time or part-time program at any NSCC campus.
