​​BIOVECTRA Student Success Bursary​


Open to full and part-time students who will be enrolled in any year of study of eligible programs at any campus where the eligible programs are offered.


Eligible programs include

  • Building Systems Technician (HVAC&R)
  • Building Systems Technician (HVAC&R) – Accelerated
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Electrical – Industrial Maintenance and Controls
  • Environmental Engineering Technology – Water Resources
  • Health Information Management (HIM)
  • Instrumentation Technician
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Power Engineering Technology


Application assessment will consider

  • Financial need
  • Good academic standing
  • Requirement: Students must self-identify as Female and/or Mi’kmaw/Indigenous students
  • Preference: Students who have worked with BIOVECTRA


About the award
​​Flexibility, creativity, and dedication to make better therapeutics are at the heart of what we do at BIOVECTRA. With the BIOVECTRA Student Success Bursary we are excited to support students who demonstrate these values as they pursue their educational goals at NSCC. This bursary is established to support students who self-identify as female and/or Mi’kmaq and/or Indigenous, helping them focus on their studies and prepare for the workforce. The award reflects our commitment to encouraging greater participation and success of underrepresented groups in fields connected to science and industry. The bursary is intended to help reduce financial barriers, recognize student potential, and encourage the next generation of skilled professionals in our community.​
